Digital Experiences
SAP SOFTWARE SOLUTIONs
SAP is the world's largest business software company. Their client list boasts a who's who of the Fortune 500. In collaboration with digital agency Pound & Grain, we worked with SAP's Palo Alto office to produce an interactive site that introduces customers to their new Cloud Platform. The site makes use of a number of features, including video, to reinforce that those creatures at the top of their respective food chains all share similar qualities - qualities that SAP can deliver to their customers and ensure that they not only survive, but thrive in an increasingly competitive business environment.
In order to effectively sell SAP’s Leonardo service package, sales teams need to become deeply familiar with the package itself. But sales people dislike training, so we developed a solution that gamified the training process. Inspired by Leonardo da Vinci and The Da Vinci Code, we created the Cracking Leonardo app. The app envelopes the training in a creative wrapper that challenges users with test questions throughout the training - with each correct answer earning users a spin on the virtual cryptex and getting them one step closer to cracking the code and earning themselves a reward in the process.
JEWISH FAMILY SERVICES
Every year, JFS hosts their annual in-person fundraiser to help continue providing services such as Counselling, Senior Care, and a Food Bank to an ever-growing list of clients.
As a result of the pandemic, they asked us to create a digital version of a fundraising event. The theme was to be “Innovation” and, following the axiom that “the medium is the message”, we were inspired to create an innovative digital fundraising experience which itself would support the innovation theme.
The digital experience begins with guests being “flown” to the event’s location via a futuristic shuttle. On board, they are warmlly welcomed with a video recorded by JFS’s CEO.
After arriving at the digital venue, guests were transformed into digital avatars before emtering the futuristic gallery-like space that highlighted JFS’s own legacy of innovation.
The Hall of Innovation presents guests with immersive audio/video presentations and interviews with JFS case workers and clients alike - all of which we created. This showcase of innovation had the added benefit of reassuring potential donors that their donations really are put to good use and changing people’s lives. And they could then make their donations right there in the digital venue.
RESULTS: Despite the fact that this was uncharted territory for JFS - and their donors! - the Innovators digital event was deemed a huge success, doubling JFS’s fundraising goal and far exceeding what their annual in-person event raises!
